Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book and visit Xiomara's Wellness Massage.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, gift card, package, or membership, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Xiomara's Wellness Massage provides licensed massage therapy and wellness services. Massage therapy is intended for relaxation and general wellness and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your physician regarding any health concerns.
You agree to disclose relevant health conditions during your intake so we can provide safe, appropriate care. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service when it is in the best interest of your health and safety.
Appointments & Arrival
New clients should arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time, and established clients 5 minutes early, so your session can begin on time. Each session is reserved for a set length of time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session with the full fee still applied.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged a $35 fee. Clients who fail to cancel within 24 hours two or more times may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
Payments, Memberships & Packages
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Memberships are billed monthly with no long-term commitment and may be changed or cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at sign-up. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, and member pricing applies only while a membership is active.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. They apply to services and may not be combined in ways that exceed the value of the card. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
Conduct
We maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment. You are always modestly draped, and only the area being worked on is undraped. Any inappropriate behavior, suggestive comments, or improper contact will result in immediate termination of the session, full fees charged, and refusal of future service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xiomara's Wellness Massage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Services are provided on an as-is basis.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
