A few things to help your visit feel easy and relaxed from the moment you arrive.
Arriving for your massage

New clients, please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time; established clients, 5 minutes early. Arriving early lets you settle in for a relaxed experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with the full fee applied.
What do I wear to an appointment?

Wear whatever you'll feel comfortable being stretched in: workout clothes, gym shorts, yoga gear, loose-fitting shorts, and t-shirts all work well.
Cancellation policy
+
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours two or more times, they will be asked to pre-pay for future services. A $35 fee may apply for missed cancellations.
Late arrival policy
+
Every session is scheduled for a specific length of time, so late arrivals may not receive an extension. Partial accommodations may be possible with advance notice, and the original fee still applies.
Respect for your needs and boundaries

Pressure, temperature, and music are all adjusted at your request. You may keep clothing on, decline any technique, or stop at any time. You will always be modestly draped, and only the area being worked on is undraped.
Code of conduct
+
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendo, or inappropriate touching of the therapist will result in immediate termination of the session, a ban, and full fees charged.
